From “How much?”to“It’s broken.”to “Thanks, it works.”
nogravity keeps every customer’s messages, files and follow-ups in one thread, and shows you each day who’s waiting on you and what to do next.
Look as organized as a company ten times your size.
Free for 30 days or 1,000 inquiries, whichever comes first. No card required. Sign up with just your email.
What you get
A daily reply list
Today shows who’s waiting on you, which follow-ups are due, and anything that didn’t send.
One history per customer
Every request, message, file and note from the same person, on one page.
Follow-ups that cancel themselves
Set a reminder while you wait. If the customer answers first, it’s cancelled and the request comes back to you.
A private reply page
Customers get a link to their own request, where they read your replies, answer and add files without starting over.
Open it once a day. Know who needs you.
Today is a short list, not a dashboard: who’s waiting on a reply, which follow-ups are due, and anything that needs checking. Each row says why it’s there and what to do about it.

Maria · Mon 09:12
Hi! How much for a website for my bakery? We open on 3 March.
You · Mon 10:40
Thanks Maria! Do you need online ordering, or just your menu and opening hours?

Completed
Set up in an afternoon. Useful the next morning.
Step 1
Tell us about your business
What you do, your hours and your language. We suggest a few kinds of request you can rename or remove.
Step 2
Share your form
Link to your hosted form, or connect the form you already have through the WordPress plugin or a webhook.
Step 3
Reply from one place
Each request opens as a thread. Reply, leave an internal note, then keep it open, wait for the customer, or mark it done.
Step 4
Follow up on time
Set a follow-up while you wait. Today brings it back when it’s due, unless the customer answered first.
Help with the reply. You’re still the one who sends it.
- A next step, with the reason
- nogravity can suggest what to do and draft a reply. Each suggestion says why, and nothing reaches a customer until you send it.
- Works when the AI doesn’t
- If a suggestion isn’t available, the request still arrives and you reply as normal.
- Failures you can see
- A reply that couldn’t be delivered says so and shows up under Needs checking. It never looks sent when it wasn’t.
- Each customer sees only theirs
- A customer’s page shows their own request and nothing else. Your internal notes are never shown to them.
Sarah · Damaged umbrella
Suggested next step
Ask Sarah for the order reference so you can find the umbrella’s specifications.
Why: there’s no order reference in the conversation yet.

How the trial works
- 1. Start with just your email. We send a link, no password and no card.
- 2. Free for 30 days or 1,000 inquiries, whichever comes first: share your real form and answer real customers. Nothing is held back.
- 3. The app shows your days and inquiries left, and links to Billing. Choosing a plan during the trial never charges early: it starts when the trial ends. When it ends, choose a plan to keep routing and alerts running. Until you do, new inquiries are saved and wait for you.
An inquiry counts once, when it has been sorted; retries and duplicate deliveries don't count. Prices exclude VAT. SMS alerts and extra AI-written content are priced separately. Costs from third-party tools you connect are billed by those providers.
Questions

Only to say a request arrived, and only if you turn that on: the customer gets a short acknowledgment with a link to their private page. Suggested next steps and drafted replies wait for you to review, edit and send.
No. They get a private link to their request by email. From there they can read your replies, answer, and add files without starting again.
Suggestions can be wrong, so they're labelled as suggestions, with the reason and the message they're based on. Change or dismiss them; you can always reply without one, and the request works the same if suggestions are unavailable.
Suspected spam is held in a separate list you can review and restore from. Nothing is deleted silently, and it stays out of Today.
People in your workspace. Each customer sees only their own request page, never your internal notes or anyone else's requests. You can export everything or delete the workspace from Settings.
Start your free trial with just your email: we send a link, no password. Tell us about your business, share your hosted form or connect the one you have, and send yourself a test request to see it arrive.
